1. About us and these Terms and Conditions

"We" are Glassbox Productions Ltd; a company registered in England with registered number 7979416 with registered offices at OJK Ltd, 19 Portland Place, London, W1B 1PX. We are authorised to supply merchandise relating to Bill Bailey. Glassbox Productions Ltd are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalised shopping experience. Please read on for more details about our privacy policy. Any personal information provided or to be gathered by billbailey.co.uk is controlled primarily by Glassbox Productions Ltd.

3. How does Glassbox Productions Ltd protect customer information?

When you place an order we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, as required by UK Data Protection Legislation, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you. We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose on-line. You accept the inherent security risks of providing information and dealing on-line over the Internet and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence or wilful default.

4. Fraud Prevention

In order to protect our customers and us from fraud and theft, we may pass on information that we obtain from making identity checks and other information in our customer records, including how you conduct your account, to other companies within the group of Glassbox companies, other retailers and to financial and other organisations (including law enforcement agencies) involved in fraud prevention and detection, to use in the same way.

5. Will Glassbox Productions Ltd disclose the information it collects to outside parties?

Glassbox Productions Ltd does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. Glassbox Productions Ltd may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information. We sometimes employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mails, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analysing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments and providing customer services. Such companies and individuals will have access to personal information needed to perform these functions, but may not use it for any other purposes and are required to process the data in accordance with the UK's Data Protection legislation. We may give information about you to the following, who may use it for the same purposes as set out above:

(a) to affiliated companies or subsidiaries owned or controlled by Glassbox, if any;
(b) to employees and agents of Glassbox Productions Ltd to administer any accounts, products and services provided to you by us now or in the future;
(c) agents who (on our behalf) profile your data so that we may tailor the goods/services we offer to your specific needs;
(d) to other organisations for the administration of prize draws or competitions;
(e) to anyone to whom we transfer or may transfer our rights and duties under our agreement with you;
(f) if we have a duty to do so or if the law allows us to so;

7. Your Consent

By using our Web site, you consent to the collection and use of this information by Glassbox Productions Ltd and those authorised by us. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it. Please note that the information you enter may be transferred outside the European Economic Area for the purposes of processing by Glassbox Productions Ltd and its agents and in order to maintain customer accounts for you and as otherwise set out in this Privacy Policy. Any transfer of personal information outside of the European Economic Area is done in circumstances ensuring that the information is processed only in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the UK's Data Protection Act. By submitting your order, you consent to this transfer.

8. Deliveries

We endeavour to despatch orders next working day but during busy times such as Christmas and during sales despatch may be delayed and can take up to 7 working days.  UK orders can be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery which is guaranteed next day by 1pm and requires a signature or First Class, which typically takes 1-3 working days.  International orders are sent via Royal Mail Airmail; delivery times vary depending on location: European destinations within 3-5 working days, major cities worldwide within 5 days and other destinations within 7 days.  All of the dates listed are for guidance purposes only.  They are also based on normal conditions and therefore factors beyond our control such as strikes, postal issues, adverse weather conditions and customs clearance may cause delay to delivery. 

9. Order Confirmation and Acceptance 

After placing an order and completing checkout you should receive an automatic email, this is not an acceptance of your order or a guarantee of supply, it is to confirm we have received your order.  Once your order has been accepted and despatched you should receive another confirmation email.  Unless otherwise requested all communication with you by us will be through email, therefore it is imperative that you correctly state your email address in your order.  Please ensure we are listed as a safe email sender, or our communications are likely to end up in your spam email inbox.  All orders are subject to security checking and stock availability.

10. Other Charges, Such as Tax or Duty 

The prices quoted on the product information page and during the checkout process are what you will pay to Glassbox Productions Ltd.  All UK taxes are included in our prices.  International orders outside of the EU are not subject to UK VAT, however, import duties and/or taxes may be levied by your local customs authorities and Glassbox Productions Ltd will not be liable for these extra charges.  Please contact your country’s local customs authority if you need more information about any possible charges.

11. Returns and Cancellations

We understand that sometimes products need to be returned. Whether your item arrives damaged, has developed a fault, or is no longer required.

If you're not happy with your purchase or you change your mind, you have 30 days from the despatched date to return your order to us for a refund or exchange. Items returned must be clean, unworn, unwashed and in resalable "as new" condition. CDs and DVDs must be unopened. Unfortunately, delivery charges are non-refundable in this instance.

If the item arrives damaged (please notify us within 48 hours of delivery) or a fault occurs within 30 days of delivery, you always have the option of an exchange or full refund, including the cost of return postage back to us. We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. Delivery charges are refundable in this instance.

You also have the statutory right to cancel your order at any time within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the full purchase price and the standard delivery charge. You must return the products to us at your own risk and cost within 14 days of you notifying us of cancellation. Only the original standard delivery charge is refundable in this instance.

Returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase (this can be the sales receipt, a bank statement or an online sales invoice). Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed.

All returns and cancellations, whether damaged or not, must be returned to us in order for us to inspect the product before we can process any refund or exchange.
